It is interesting that you boil the potatoes before peeling them, on this occasion. I like, too, the unconventional way in which you crush the boiled potatoes to produce a different consistency. This recipe seems to have attracted ore attention than some - or is it just that I am a little quicker off the mark, usually? I always find the list of ingredients and the quantities to be posted with the recipe itself, and so I have no difficulty in ascertaining what I need to complete the dish. Fortunately for me, I have an outstandingly good greengrocer who will have, or find me, anything I need. He is a Ghurka, and if he can't find it, there is a new Vietnamese and Cambodian shop nearby who will probably be able to help, although there are language difficulties. This presents yet another healthy and satisfying dish, looking tempting on the plate I apologise for not being able to add my appreciative emojis, but the new operating system is something with which I am having more trouble than then cooking!
